BLOOMINGTON, IL. Society of Midwest Contesters WRTC2000 Team Leader Ralph
Bellas, K9ZO, announced today that he has chosen Dennis Motschenbacher, K7BV,
of Carson City, NV as his team partner. Ralph stated, "In recent years Dennis
has operated from P40, VP2E, KP3, 8P0, OH0 and OJ0. He combines skills both
in running rate and can operate under harsh conditions. He even operated
from W9 so that he could learn how to call CQ without getting any answers.
Dennis has the love and passion for radio and his enthusiasm is contagious.
