SMC Fest 2025 – October 11, 2025
SMC Fest will be at the Marriott in Bloomington-Normal on October 11, 2025.
Registration must be completed by end of day October 6, 2025.

The registration fee for 2025 will be $75 which will include continental breakfast & coffee, lunch, and afternoon snack.
Friday Dinner
As is tradition, we plan to have a gathering for dinner on the Friday evening prior to SMC Fest.

Room Reservations
We have a negotiated rate for a limited block of rooms at $159/night, including free guest room wifi. The rate is good for both Friday and Saturday night.

Reservations within our block must be made by September 19th, 2025. After this date we cannot guarantee room availability or rate.
Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation, you must do so directly with the hotel.
Program
The program will be updated as new programs are confirmed.
The only confirmed pieces of the schedule that are confirmed are the standard items. The programs will be slotted into the timing schedule as we get closer. A list of confirmed programs for 2025 are:
